Terms & Conditions

By reserving a room at Bee ‘n Bee Bed ‘n Breakfast, you agree to the following policies, terms, and conditions. All reservations will need a valid credit card and full deposit to hold the room for the dates requested. Once your reservation has been confirmed. We look forward to your stay with us. Cancellations and Changes Cancellations 14 days from 4:00pm on the arrival date and over will be charged a 10% cancellation fee and the remaining deposit will be refunded. Cancellations within 7 – 14 days from 4:00pm on the arrival date will be charged first full night’s stay and any balance will be refunded. Cancellations 7 days from 4:00pm on the arrival date and less or no-shows will be charged the entire reservation and no deposit will be refunded. Changes to a reservation (except a cancellation or reduction to the reservation) made prior to the 14 days from 4:00pm on the arrival date will incur no fees and we will hold the deposit and apply it to your stay.

Bee 'n Bee Bed 'n Breakfast - Grand Bend

We are glad we discovered this gem so close to Grand Bend. We were looking for a quiet weekend getaway, and this place did not disappoint! The local beach nearby is very clean and relaxing so is the hot tub and the swimming pool at the Bee 'n Bee. Nadene and Pat are very charming, gracious, and friendly hosts, always welcoming you with a smile. The food is absolutely delicious, can’t wait to see what inventive creation they have in store for us on our next visit. We have recommended this hideaway to our friends and family and can’t wait to get back there for another stay…

Such a Great place. The owners were hospital and so lovely to interact with. They were very accommodating to our daughters food needs and the pancakes we were served on morning one were the best we’ve ever had! Room was very clean and comfortable with all amenities you need(linens, shower items,mini fridge) Such a wonderful experience, We will be back for sure!

Absolutely highly recommend this amazing mini hotel for staying over night . We have been second time in BBBB and of course we will back again. Beautiful place, clean and offers a swimming pool and hot tub outside. Breakfast included which is very nice. Hostess is very friendly, they found a charger for us ? for our Tesla . We really appreciate for your support and great job that you are doing BBBB ????

Lovely property and lovely hosts. Everything you want from a B&B. The place was great, comfy, the pool and hot tub was a wonderful perk and the very yummy breakfasts were delightful. Nadene and Pat were amazing, friendly and relax hosts. Will come back!!

Absolutely amazing place, definitely going there again! =)Place itself is amazing, very comfortable, clean and nice! Hosts were amazing - super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious as well!Also hot tub and private pool are amazing! A couple of days during our visit weather was no so great for a beach, but kids had tons of fun in the pool instead, so they probably didn't even notice!Beach btw is only 5 minutes away down the road - and it's Port Franks private beach, very clean and no so many people as on Ipperwash.Great great place!

Nadine and Pat are perfect hosts. The beds are exceptionally comfortable we sleep so well there, everything is spotless and organized. The food is delicious, colorful, and creative. They have a knack for this business and we will be going back every year for a little getaway with friends in our bubble. It's perfect to rent the all three rooms for the weekend and enjoy the pool, hot tub, BBQ and the beach if it's nice. Cute pond across tbe street is so nice to listen to the birds and wildlife in morning and at night. ! Nice little vacay spot. We will ? back!
